Flexible lighting, engineered around your specification
One LED strip platform, configured for different projects
Choosing an LED strip is not simply a choice between COB and SMD. The right build depends on the required light quality, run length, control protocol, installation space, operating environment and target cost. HHY develops flexible LED strip lights around these real project variables, helping OEM brands, lighting distributors and project suppliers move from an initial brief to a repeatable production specification.
Our range covers single color, tunable white, RGB/RGBW/RGBCW, addressable, high-efficiency, full-spectrum, mini-cut and long-run designs. Instead of forcing every project into a stock model, we help define the PCB, LED package, density, copper weight, voltage, power and protection method that work together as one reliable system.
LED strip light series
Use these four core families as a starting point. Each can be adapted for brightness, color quality, dimensions, controls and environmental protection.

Single Color & Tunable White
Reliable white light for architectural, furniture and display applications, with CCT, CRI, PCB width and dual-channel options.

RGB, RGBW & Addressable
Color-changing and pixel-controlled systems engineered around the controller, protocol, white-channel quality and required effects.

High-Efficiency & High-CRI
LED and PCB combinations optimized for usable lumens per watt, accurate colors, stable temperature and repeatable batches.

Mini-Cut & Long-Run
Short cutting increments for compact details, or constant-current and higher-voltage designs for longer continuous runs.

Selection before quotation
Match the electrical and optical designânot just the wattage
Two strips with the same watts per meter can deliver very different results. LED efficacy, current loading, PCB copper, thermal path and optical losses all affect output and lifetime. We therefore review the complete operating condition before recommending a configuration.
- Light: lumen target, CCT, CRI, color consistency and beam appearance
- Electrical: 5V/12V/24V/36V/48V options, power, dimming and control protocol
- Mechanical: PCB width, cutting unit, bend direction and connector space
- Environment: indoor, damp, outdoor or application-specific protection
- System: driver loading, cable length, profile, diffuser and thermal conditions
Quick specification guide
Start with the project result, then confirm the electrical, optical and installation details as one system.
| Project priority | Recommended starting point | What HHY confirms |
|---|---|---|
| Clean, continuous light | High-density SMD or COB-style configuration | Dot visibility, profile depth, diffuser transmission and thermal load |
| Accurate product colors | High-CRI single color or tunable white | CRI/R9 target, CCT tolerance and batch consistency |
| Color scenes and effects | RGBW, RGBCW or addressable strip | Protocol, controller compatibility, pixel pitch and white-channel quality |
| Long continuous runs | 24V/36V/48V or constant-current design | Maximum feed length, voltage drop, injection points and cable sizing |
| Furniture and display details | Narrow PCB or mini-cut strip | Cut increment, connector clearance, glare control and sensor integration |
| Damp or exterior installation | Protected strip matched to the environment | Ingress route, end sealing, mounting and service conditions |

OEM and project customization
Turn a lighting brief into a production-ready strip
Customization is useful only when every decision can be controlled in production. HHY supports practical changes such as PCB width and color, LED density, voltage, power, CCT, CRI, cutting length, cable and connector, logo printing, labels and packaging. For repeat programs, the approved specification becomes the reference for sampling, production and future orders.
- Requirement review: application, target performance, compliance and commercial constraints.
- Configuration: electrical, optical and mechanical parameters are aligned as one system.
- Sample verification: appearance, fit, control and measured performance are checked before scale-up.
- Controlled production: incoming materials, process checks, aging and final inspection support repeatability.
Built for B2B supply, not one-off retail selection
For lighting brands
Develop differentiated series with private labels, defined performance targets and packaging prepared for your market.
For distributors
Create a focused range with clear good-better-best positioning, stable repeat supply and supporting technical files.
For project suppliers
Match the strip, driver, profile and control method to the installation rather than buying components independently.
LED strip light FAQ
Should I choose COB or SMD LED strip?
Choose by the required optical result and system conditions. COB is useful when a smooth line is the priority, while SMD offers broad choices in efficacy, color, power and control. Profile depth and diffuser quality can also make a high-density SMD strip appear dot-free.
Can HHY customize voltage, PCB width and cutting length?
Yes. Feasible combinations depend on circuit design, current, heat and order requirements. Share the installation dimensions and electrical constraints so the changes are engineered together.
How do you reduce color differences between repeat orders?
The solution combines defined binning requirements, approved samples, controlled material selection and production records. Tight tolerances should be agreed before production rather than judged only after delivery.
Which files can be supplied for a project?
Available documentation depends on the selected series and may include specification sheets, test information, photometric data and relevant compliance documents. Confirm the required market and approval list during quotation.
